Retail NZ offers workshops, webinars and in-house training. Our training events are developed by retail experts for retailers.


There are several ways you can access our workshops:


Workshops in your region

During the year we run workshops around New Zealand. These workshops are a great way to network with other retailers and learn from others in retail.

We offer a range of different topics including; retail planning, social media & instagram, retail crime and people management - check out the full range of workshops here.


In-house training

All Retail NZ workshops are available to be delivered privately to a retail business in-house at a time and date to suit. We can customise any of our workshops around your business needs. This option provides flexibility and convenience for a business because staff don't need to be off site.

Webinars

We can offer customized 1-hour webinars that are based on our workshop topics and that are tailored to your needs. You can interact with the presenter without leaving your office. This option is popular if you're head office is in Australia, but you have stores and staff in New Zealand.
