The process is:

Purchaser emails Ngaio with the code, order volume and shipping address ([email protected]).
Ngaio responds with a declaration to sign and training video to view.
On receipt of a signed declaration, Ngaio sends a proforma for prepayment and confirms the order.
When the stock arrives – Ngaio sends freight free. There is a huge demand for these tests and therefore orders placed now have and estimated mid March delivery.
