  1. I give permission for Retail NZ to use the information gathered in its application form to promote its associated products and services.
  2. I agree to abide by Retail NZ's rules and by-laws.
  3. I agree that Retail NZ has the right to review membership subscriptions annually.
  4. I understand membership is for a period of 12 months and is a non-refundable and non-transferable payment.
  5. I understand that Retail NZ may share my details with its partners, so I may receive information or a call from the partner from time to time.
