To make it easy for you, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions.

In the lead-up to Retail:Tech

Yes! There are 50 tickets available at the early bird rate. Make sure to jump in and get them before they’re gone. The early bird rate gives you $70 off the standard rate.

Retail NZ members will be able to purchase tickets with a special code to receive $50 off the standard rate. The member code doesn’t apply to early bird tickets. If you need a reminder of the discount code, please email us at [email protected].

You’ll find the agenda under the ‘Agenda’ tab on this site. The agenda is subject to change.

Absolutely! Make sure to let us know your requirements when you purchase your ticket via this link. We will then communicate with you directly if we need to give you further information to ensure you have an enjoyable experience.

Ahh the beauty of technology! You will receive an email with your ticket details. You’ll be able to save your ticket to your Google or Apple wallet on your smartphone. When you arrive we will scan your ticket via your phone. You don’t need to print your ticket out.

No. The ticket price is inclusive. There are no discounts if you cannot attend the tour or networking segment.

Please search for your Humanitix registration that will be in your email inbox.

Changes to your registration need to be completed by Retail NZ. Please email [email protected] to do this. Changes will not be available 14 days from the start of the event.

Before requesting a refund, do speak to us as you may be able to gift your ticket to someone else. Refund requests must be made in writing by the 17th of April 2023. Refunds will not be processed after this date. You’ll also find the terms and conditions on the ticketing page of Humanitix.

We hope it isn’t but, if it is cancelled (ie. not turned into a virtual event) then you’ll be refunded. You will not need to contact us as we will process all refunds.

We recommend the SkyCity hotel or The Grand. Please contact them directly when booking and mention ‘Retail:Tech’. There are many hotels in central Auckland though that you can choose from.

On the big day

Retail:Tech 2023 will be held at The Grand Level 7 of Sky City in Auckland. More details can be found here.

Please check the Event info page about how to get to SkyCity.

You will be able to have your parking validated for the duration of the event. Please see the Event info page to see how.

Please go to Level 7 of The Grand by SkyCity. There will be someone there who will direct you to have your ticket scanned and receive your name tag.
