Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership with Retail NZ grants access to our wonderful suite of support, benefits and resources for you and your business. In becoming a member of Retail NZ, your business agrees that:

  1. Retail NZ has permission to use the information gathered in its application form to promote its associated products and services.
  2. You will abide by Retail NZ’s rules and by-laws.
  3. Membership is for a term of 12 months, and is a non-refundable and non-transferable payment.
  4. The minimum membership duration is 12 months.
  5. Membership subscriptions are payable either monthly or annually. Monthly payments are due on the 20ᵗʰ of each month following commencement.
  6. Membership renews annually upon the anniversary of commencement. You will be notified prior to the membership anniversary.
  7. Membership can only be resigned in writing.
  8. Membership can only be resigned by the key contact specified upon sign up, or by a director of the member company.
  9. Retail NZ may share your details with its partners, so you may receive information or a call from the partner from time to time.
  10. When you sign up as a member of Retail NZ, you will be subscribed to receive email communications.
  11. You have read and understand Retail NZ’s privacy policy.
  12. Terms and conditions are current as at 23 October 2024 and subject to change at the discretion of Retail NZ.
