Template: Easter Sunday Trading Notification


If you want an employee to work on Easter Sunday, you have specific legal obligations to notify your staff in writing that they have the right to refuse to work.

This notice must be given at least four weeks (but not more than eight weeks) prior to the day. You can use this letter to notify staff of their right to refuse work. Updated February 2024.
