Broaching the subject of mental health with an employee or a colleague may seem like a daunting prospect, but it needn’t be. If you can strike up a conversation about the weather, you can be confident that you already have the skills to speak to someone about their mental health.
We have prepared this guide to help retailers and other employers manage sometimes difficult conversations and to help maintain employees wellbeing.
