While the retail environment continues to provide challenges, retailers are feeling confident as they head into 2024.

Business owners are optimistic that the change in Government will result in a change of fortunes, with 71% of respondents indicating they are confident their business will survive the next 12 months, a jump up from the 57% in the previous quarter.
