The purpose of this audit is to determine whether you are meeting all New Zealand rules and regulations in regards to immigration and employment law and identify you as a Retail NZ Compliant Employer.
This opportunity is available to retailers with 50 or less employees and only available to the first 1000 employees so confirm your participation quickly to ensure you don’t miss out.
On completion of your business audit, you will receive a personalised report highlighting where you meet employment standards and recommendations of areas that you may need to rectify to meet minimum requirements. Once your workplace meets all minimum requirements you will receive a certificate acknowledging your business with a Retail NZ Good Employer Tick.
